West Coast Equine Foundation Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by West Coast Equine Foundation
Introduction
The West Coast Equine Foundation (WCEF) is a nonprofit organization affiliated with the Murieta Equestrian Center (MEC) in Rancho Murieta, California. WCEF was formed by MEC leadership as a means of giving back to the equestrian community that has supported the Center and its expanding lineup of annual events.
What WCEF does
WCEF supports the horse community through scholarships, signature events, a youth horsemanship challenge, and partnerships with local community groups and therapeutic-riding organizations. Through these programs and outreach efforts, the Foundation seeks to educate, entertain, and engage the regional equine community—promoting horsemanship, sportsmanship, and a deeper appreciation for horses.
