Overview This annual $1,000 scholarship supports high school seniors and college students with funds to continue their education. Who may apply Eligible applicants include: - Current high school seniors; - Students in transition from high school to college or university; - Students already enrolled at any level in a college or university in the United States or Canada. Note: Employees of Double A Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible. Submission guidelines - Each student may submit only one entry. Multiple submissions will not be accepted. - Your submission must include a recent photo of yourself. Winners will be featured on Double A Solutions’ social media accounts. - There is no fee to enter the scholarship competition. - Essays must be original work. Any entry that is plagiarized or determined to be generated by AI will be disqualified immediately. - By entering, you grant Double A Solutions ownership of your submission. We may edit entries for length or content, and may publish essays on any of the company’s portfolio websites (see our portfolio page). Essay requirements - Prepare a researched essay of at least 800 words. - Use proper grammar and punctuation. - Choose one of the topics below: 1. Techniques used by successful sales representatives. 2. How you plan to adapt to the evolving college environment and/or workplace. 3. Describe a time when you led through change and uncertainty. 4. Outline, in detail, the steps involved in managing a team. 5. Who is your most important professional role model and how have they influenced you? 6. Discuss the importance of a strong company culture. 7. What steps should a new employee take to ensure they succeed? Timeline, selection, and award - The scholarship opens on January 1. - Entries must be submitted by April 1 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. - The winner will be announced on Double A Solutions’ social media platforms on May 1. - Submissions will be evaluated by the Double A Solutions Marketing Team. - The $1,000 award will be issued as a co-payable check made out to the college or university the winner attends.
