The Law Offices of Gerstenfield & Demirji, PC is proud to sponsor the $1,000 Shapers of Society Scholarship for undergraduate students in the social sciences who see education as a force for meaningful change. Eligibility
Please review the following requirements before applying:
- Must be an undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States for the Fall 2026 term.
- Must be majoring in a social science field (examples include Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, or closely related disciplines).
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Applicants must be at least 17 years old.
We welcome applications from students of all backgrounds and identities. Our goal is to support a diverse pool of future “shapers” of society.
How to Apply
All application materials must be submitted prior to July 1, 2026. We strongly encourage applicants to prepare and send their materials well ahead of the deadline. Submissions will be evaluated by personnel and legal professionals at our firm.
Required materials:
- Personal information: Full name, contact details, current university, major, and a headshot (the headshot will be used if you are selected as the winner). This information is used to confirm eligibility and for winner notification.
- Academic record: An unofficial transcript showing your current grades.
- Video essay: A video submission expressing your perspective (instructions and format details will be provided on the application page).
